Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of Robb Labs services, including the Build Worthiness Score, the Blueprint, Full Access, and any subsequent engagement.

1. Services

Robb Labs offers a tiered set of services: a $7 Build Worthiness Score (a one-time, 10-dimension AI evaluation of your idea); a $97 Blueprint (a written, buildable plan that includes lifetime access to the Academy); and $149/month Full Access (the operator workspace layer). Details of what each includes are shown at the point of purchase.

2. Payment

Payments are processed securely through our payment provider. Access to a purchased service is confirmed upon successful payment.

3. Confidentiality

Information you share is treated as confidential and used solely to score your idea, produce your plan, and deliver the services you purchased.

4. Idea Scoring & Build Partnership

The $7 idea score is a one-time evaluation fee that covers the compute behind a 10-dimension assessment; it is not a deposit. A score of 90+ qualifies an idea for sponsored-build review — it does not guarantee a build. Build Partnership engagements (sponsored builds in exchange for up to 5% equity) are governed by a separate written agreement. Your submitted idea, your IP, and your company remain yours.

5. Refunds

If we are unable to deliver a purchased service as described, you may request a full refund for that service. The $7 Build Worthiness Score is a one-time evaluation fee and is non-refundable once your score has been generated.
